1. No Refunds
As a general rule, we do not offer refunds for our services. Once a subscription is activated and the login credentials have been sent to you, the sale is final.
2. The Only Exception: Defective Playlist
The only circumstance in which we will review a request is if the playlist or access we provided is technically non-functional.
- If there is a verifiable technical defect with the playlist that prevents you from accessing our servers, we will provide you with a new, replacement playlist.
- Please note that even in this situation, no monetary refunds will be issued; you will exclusively receive a working alternative to allow you to complete your subscription period.
3. Specific Channels and Programs
We do not guarantee the permanent availability of specific channels, programs, or sporting events.
- If a specific channel or program is unavailable, temporarily offline, or removed from our lineup, this does not entitle you to a refund or any form of compensation.
- Our content lineup is variable and subject to change at any time without prior notice.
4. Use and Activation
Once your playlist has been activated and dispatched to you, the sale is considered complete and any right to cancel the purchase is forfeited. We strongly advise customers to be certain of their purchase before completing payment. We are not responsible for issues related to the user’s internet service provider (ISP), internet connection speeds, or the use of incompatible devices.
